Metera Protocol Inc. does not control or custody any assets or transactions within the Decentralized Protocol.

The Platform and Decentralized Protocol are not intended for use by individuals or entities residing in jurisdictions where access or use would be illegal. This includes but is not limited to: The United States, countries under UN, EU, UK, or US sanctions, and jurisdictions restricting DeFi or blockchain services.

4. No Liability and Assumption of Risk

Metera Protocol Inc. does not own or control the Decentralized Protocol. Smart contracts operate autonomously, and users interact with them at their own risk.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
